Ooh, look at
that.... it's some sort of amusing dinosaur poster.

Hey! Hey!! What are you
doing in here? This is Fresia's room... she'd
destroy us both if she found out we were in here! There is
something pretty cool in here, though.... hmm. I guess I
could show you, but we'll have to be quick about it before she
comes upstairs. Turn around and check out the other wall.
Hurry!

Here, see, we're not even all the
way in the room, and this is as far in as we'll go.
Although Fresia had very little to do with the actual design on
the ship, she was present during each one of our design team
meetings due to the fact that she would be living on the vessel.
For a few weeks, the design team had an issue deciding where to
put two of our most potent and important chemical solutions; a
strong acid and a strong base. I didn't want
them in the lab or cargo bay due to the fact that heavy
construction work generally takes place in both of those areas,
and I didn't want to risk the possibility of their containers
being subjected to accidental injury. I also didn't want
them stored anywhere near the ship's water supply, and I
additionally wanted them somewhere they could be easily visually
monitored.
While me and my fellow scientists
argued about where to put the chemicals for a while at one of
our meetings, Fresia suddenly stood up and slammed her fist on
the table. She told us we could put the chemicals in her
bedroom, provided the containers were turned into some sort of
mood decoration. And so, those two columns there are the
strong acid and strong base, artificially lit and encased in 2
inches of laboratory-grade glass. I still think Fresia is
absolutely crazy for wanting those there, but she likes to live
dangerously.

Well, now that you've seen Fresia's
room, I guess there's no harm in seeing my room, too.
It's doesn't have any acid or alkali in it though, so I can't
say that it's going to be very exciting.

See? Not a whole lot going on
in here. That giant mural on the left wall is an
artist's depiction of Snowton, which is the town where I grew
up. Of course I have the periodic table of elements
memorized, but I find it soothing to have it nearby.

That's my computer. I
keep telling it to just call me "Ted," but it won't listen.
These computers feed off of Arcadia's wireless network, so
practically any room in the airship has access to the internet.
Don't tell Fresia about that
poster, by the way... It was part of some promotion she did
for the Empire and I managed to get ahold of one before they
sold out. It's a collector's item! What? Of
course that's the only reason I have it in my room... I want to
protect its value, why else would it be here?

Okay, now let's get back to the
official tour. Don't sneak off again, or I'll be forced to
terminate the tour early. We're headed downstairs again
and we're going to check out the cargo bay.
Next:
Follow Ted downstairs for real this time
